Tau Beta Pi is a National Engineering Honor Society. It is the second oldest honor society in the nation and the only one to recognize all engineering disciplines. The College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin – Madison is home to the Wisconsin Alpha chapter.
Our organization stands on the 3 pillars of relevant volunteerism, professional development, and liberal culture. Membership requires the demonstration of distinguished scholarship and exemplary character.
